The fitting series when coupled with Parker's No-Skive hose provides convenience and shorter assembly time. The fittings are compatible with transportation, liquefied petroleum gas and marine fuel & brake engine hoses The fittings are available from 3/16" to 2-3/8" in a wide variety of end configurations.

Products Process
Hydraulic Hose Fittings Production Process:
1.Sourcing professional raw material vendors, and chemical analysis round/hexagonal bar or forged parts to ensure the material authenticity. Material include SS304, SS316, SS316L and SS316Ti.
2.Raw material cutting and Drilling according to production drawings.
3.CNC machinery process: Workers write the program on the machine---processing the first sample---inspecting by self and workshop manager as per drawing---during the mass processing, inspecting according to the proportion of twenty percent---final products will be inspected again by inspector and workshop director.
Hydraulic Hose Fittings Inspection:
1.During the cutting process, we test the length as per the drawings,
2.During the drilling process, we test the bore diameter as per the drawings.
3.During CNC Lather machine process, we test the ID, OD and thread.
4.After production, we will sent it to our inspection department and test the thread and surface. In order to ensure 100% quality
