Brass gate valves can be connected in the following ways:

1. Flange connection method, add a gasket between the two flanges, and then fastened with bolts.

3. Socket welding and bonding sandwich type(malleable cast iron) and other welding valves are generally used in the pipeline below pn40; the use of wafer type (malleable iron)welding must ensure that it is perpendicular to the axis of the pipeline.

5. Flat welding with neck steel gate valve installation and maintenance should pay attention to the following matters:

• To check whether all components are intact before installation;

• To check the packing part, it is required to be pressed into place and ensure that the packing room is dry and clean;

• To ensure the tightness between various parts

• Makes sure the valve  stem is in a vertical position;
