The Challenge:Stainless steel is relatively expensive, and the price of brass also seems unsuitable to the customer. The customer desires a silver-colored surface.
Traditionally, garden hose fittings are manufactured from brass, hich offers excellent durability and corrosion resistance.
However, due to the significant increase in global brass raw material prices, the customer's purchasing cost became much higher than expected. The customer also preferred a silver-colored appearance, making brass even less attractive from both a cost and appearance perspective.
Instead of simply offering the standard brass product, our engineering team carefully evaluated the application and recommended a customized aluminum garden hose fitting as an alternative.

As a result, the complete order was finished in only 20 days, allowing the customer to receive the products much earlier than expected.

Shipping was another major concern.
Due to the current high import duties in the U.S., the customer wanted a logistics solution that would simplify customs clearance and eliminate uncertainty regarding import taxes.
