2. Right after we returned to work from our 15-day holiday, on February 26, 2026, our customer shared exciting news: they had officially confirmed the order and asked us to send the proforma invoice for the deposit payment.

3. On March 2, 2026, we received the customer's formal confirmation, along with an urgent request:They needed the order split into two shipments:

• 750 manometer tubes to be delivered by air by the end of March
• The remaining 750 tubes to be shipped by train, to arrive by April 15th

The customer emphasized the tight timeline, requiring the goods to be ready and shipped by these deadlines to keep their project on track.

We fully understood the customer's urgency.We arranged priority production and strictly followed their split-delivery requirements, completing the order on schedule: 750 units shipped by air by the end of March, and the remaining 750 units sent by rail in time for the April 15 deadline.We always put our customers' needs first - even under tight timelines, we go the extra mile with special production arrangements to keep their projects on track.
